Ruksana Kausser of Jammu and Kashmir who displayed rare courage in killing an armed Lashkar-e-Toiba commander in Rajouri district will be given the Sarvotam Jeevan Raksha Padak . <br/><br/>Narender Kaushik of Delhi will also be conferred this prestigious award posthumously. <br/><br/>According to an official release, the President has also given her approval for conferring Uttam Jeevan Raksha Padak to seven persons and to 44 persons with Jeevan Raksha Padaks. The Jeevan Raksha Padaks are given for meritorious acts of humane nature for saving the life of a person.
