Denying the reports that Rukhsana Kousar – the girl who killed a Lashkar-e-Toiba militant in Thana Mandi area of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir has been shifting her residence to Delhi due to security reasons, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has said that Rukhsana has recently gone to New Delhi to attend an award function organized by All India Anti-Terrorist Front. The Senior Superintendent of Police Rajouri, Shafqat Wattali told AIR Jammu Correspondent , Yogesh Sharma that Rukhsana with her brother, Aijaz and her uncle Wakalat Hussain have been appointed as Special Officers in Jammu and Kashmir Police recently and that they have been provided enough individual security . He said that in view of the recent terrorist attack at her residence, the security arrangements have also been intensified at her place. The SSP also stated that Rukhsana as well as her uncle and brother are very happy with their recruitment in the Police and have no plans of changing their residence.
