Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy today criticized Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi for his visit to the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune, where students are on strike against the appointment of Actor Gajendra Chauhan as its Chairman. Mr Rudy was talking to reporters outside Parliament. Mr Rudy sought to know why the Congress party is shying away from debate on any issue.
