On the eve of Ruchika`s 16th death anniversary, Ruchika`s brother Ashu has got registered an FIR in office of Superintendent Police, Panchkula for reopening the fake cases registered against him after molestation case, when he was minor. He has asked for reinvestigation of the cases and action against the guilty.<br/>
