Pension of SPS Rathore, a retired IPS officer has been withheld in full on permanent basis. <br/><br/>The action comes after his conviction by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh on the 21st of December in the molestation case of Ms. Ruchika, a minor girl.<br/>
