The Chandigarh Sessions Court has adjourned the hearing on the appeal filed by former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore against the punishment given to him by the CBI court in Ruchika molestation case. <br/><br/>The next hearing will be on 10th of next month. The court took into cognisance that the former Haryana DGP was still recovering from the assault on him two days back.
