Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has said that no one found guilty in the Ruchika case will be spared irrespective of his position or status. Talking to reporters in Sirsa, he said, the law will take its own course in the case. He said, the government has recommended transfer of fresh FIRs filed in the case to the CBI for investigations. The Chief Minister informed that on the demand of Ruchika's family, a case under section 306 IPC (abetment to suicide) had been registered against former Haryana DGP S P S Rathore.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Chandigarh administration has initiated action on magisterial inquiry made public on expulsion of Ruchika from Sacred Heart School in Chandigarh. The Education department has asked Sister Sebastina to return the medal, merit certificate and cash prize awarded to her in 2005 for her meritorious work in the field of education. Father Thomas and spokesman of Chandigarh Shimla Diocese has rejected the recommendations of inquiry report against Sister Sebastina.<br/><br/>Home secretary Ram Niwas said that they have based their findings on the school records.
