RSS worker hacked to death in Kerala; CPI-M sympathisers taken into custody

In Kerala, an RSS worker was hacked to death last night in Kannur, the politically sensitive northern district of the state, triggering a blame game between the BJP and the CPI-M.
BJP slammed CPI-M for the murder, while the CPIM has denied it, saying it was the fallout of a local incident relating to insulting a girl.

The police said, 8 CPI-M sympathisers have been taken into custody and they are being questioned. The parents and a brother of the deceased also were attacked by the miscreants.
