RSS does not interfere in government's functioning, says Mohan Bhagwat

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat has said,  Sangh always kept a distance from politics and does not interfere in government's functioning. He however said, the Sangh has its views on issues of national interests. <br />''<br />''<br />''Mr Bhagwat was speaking on the second day of three-day lecture series organized by the RSS  on Bharat of the Future – An  RSS Perspective in New Delhi. <br />''<br />''<br />''He said, an RSS functionary cannot have a responsibility in a political party. He said, Swayamsevaks started different organisations in various fields of national life and all of them are independent and self-reliant. <br />''<br />''<br />''Mr. Bhagwat added that the Sangh want a powerful nation so that it can use that power for good deeds.  He also said the Constitution is the consensus of the country and following it is everyone's duty. <br />''<br />''<br />'' The RSS Chief said there is not even one example in which the Sangh have done anything against the Constitution.  The RSS chief said the Sangh respects diversity and believes in the philosophy of walk on your own path. He said, its aims at uniting the entire society. <br />''<br />''<br />''<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Bhagwat said they do not believe that Sangh is the only organisation which will be responsible for the nation's development.   </span>
