Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh-RSS, Dr. Mohan Bhagwat has said that a population policy that is applicable to all groups is imperative for a country like India. While stressing the need of revamping the population policy by prudently thinking ahead of &nbsp;50 years, &nbsp;he said, the population imbalance may pose problems in the country's development. He also underlined the need for creating a National Register of Citizens (NRC) &nbsp;to keep a tab on illegal infiltrators.&nbsp; Dr. Mohan Bhagwat was addressing the main function of annual Vijayadashami festival of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, in Nagpur this morning.<br />''<br />''He informed that , a &nbsp;resolution was passed on population policy issue during the executive meeting of &nbsp;RSS held at Ranchi in 2015 on the 'Challenge of Imbalance in Population Growth '.<br />''<br />''While Highlighting the issue of regulation over OTT platforms, rising addiction of drugs among youngsters he said that government efforts alone are not sufficient to keep a control on these platforms and drug addiction, but a 'self &nbsp;Brake on the Mind' &nbsp;is needed.&nbsp; He expected that our family value systems should keep these things away from present generations.<br />''<br />''He also said that the uncontrolled digital currency like Bitcoin has the potential to destabilise the economy of all countries and pose serious challenges.
