The Rajya Sabha has resumed discussion on Railway Budget 2014-15.

Initiating the discussion, Leader of Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad alleged that the NDA government is claiming credit for some of the schemes launched during the UPA regime.

He said some of the budget proposals for 2012-13 and the interim budget of the UPA government have been incorporated by the NDA government in its Railway Budget.
