The Rajya Sabha has resumed discussion on the Appropriation (Railways) No.3 Bill, 2012.

Participating in the discussion, Mr
Vashist Narain Singh of the JD (U) called for providing passenger amenities and improvement of railway stations.

He also underlined the need for proper guarding of unmanned level crossings.
