V K Singh in the House.

When the Anti-Corruption Bill was being discussed, Gen. Singh entered the House. Instantly, Satish Mishra of the BSP took a strong objection to his presence saying he has violated the Constitution by using foul language against the scheduled castes in a recent comment.

Deputy Chairman Prof. P J Kurien said as a minister Gen. Singh has the right to be in the House and the Chair has no power to ask him to leave the House. Meanwhile, some BSP members trooped into the well shouting slogans.

The Treasury bench members, however, strongly protested against the remarks by Mr Mishra.
