The Rajya Sabha today condoled the death of 12 CRPF jawans who died in a maoist landmine blast in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra on Tuesday. Making a reference in the House, Chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari said the attack is deplorable and the loss of precious lives is tragic and unfortunate. The House also strongly condemned the attack and reiterated its resolve that such acts must be confronted with determination and firmness.
