The Rajya Sabha was adjourned till tomorrow as the opposition Congress Members continued to stall proceedings during the post lunch session. When Finance Minister Arun Jaitley asked to introduce the GST Bill, the Congress Members again trooped into the well disrupting the proceedings. Amidst the din, Deputy Chairman Prof Kurein adjourned the House till tomorrow. Earlier, the House returned the Appropriation Bill 2015 and Railways Appropriation Bills.
