The Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till noon. Earlier the house was adjourned for ten minutes .The house was adjourned following noisy scenes during the question hour. As the Textiles Minister, Mr Anand Sharma was giving details about the schemes being implemented by the Centre for the welfare of handloom weavers, some of the opposition members including those from Samajwadi Party expressed unhappiness over the answer. Some of them even demanded a discussion on the subject. Some members tried to troop into the well of the house .
