Rajya Sabha has been adjourned once again till 3:00 pm over the religious conversion issue. Earlier, the Upper House of Parliament witnessed adjournments thrice on the same issue with the Opposition repeating their demand for the Prime Minister's statement on the issue.

They alleged that the government is following an unacceptable agenda of trying to convert Muslims and Christians to Hinduism. The Upper House was paralysed all of last week over the same issue.
