The Rajya Sabha has again been adjourned till 3 PM. As soon the House met after lunch the opposition members trooped into the well holding placards and raising slogans to bring back black money.

Earlier, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu appealed to the opposition to let a bill on unauthorised colonies get through otherwise the premises of those living in such colonies will be sealed. Deputy Chairman, P.J. Kurien asked the response of the opposition on Mr. Naidu’s appeal which was met with a big no.
