The government says, it has released 3,939 crore rupees under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana scheme in the first half of the current fiscal. An official statement issued today said that the release of funds includes over 3,588 crore rupees under normal scheme, 150 crore rupees under oilseeds and pulses scheme and about 200 crore under extending green revolution to eastern India.
