In Tamil Nadu, Chief electoral Officer Praveen Kumar has said that an additional 40 companies of central para military force would be deployed during election. Speaking to newsmen in Chennai, he said that till now 36 Crore rupees worth articles and cash have been seized.On the issue of distributing voter slips by the election commission, he said that this Sunday the voters can get their voter slips from ten in the morning to 5 00 pm in the evening in the respective poll booths.He said that seven people have been charged for giving money to the voters and six were charged for taking money.
