He urged them to work smart, be creative and implement new ideas during their tenure as government servants. The minister was addressing a function in Kochi organised to distribute appointment orders to new recruits in the government sector, as part of the Rozgar Mela. The Minister said the new recruits should adopt new technologies to improve work and aim at yielding better results.
