Romania will open a consulate in Chennai. This was decided in a meeting between Vice President Venkaiah Naidu and Romania Prime Minister Viorica Dancila in Bucharest last evening.&nbsp;<br />”<br />”<br />”In a joint press statement, Mr Naidu invited Ms Dancila to visit India. Ms. Dancila also invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Romania in January next year. Mr. Naidu said during its forthcoming Presidency of EU, Romania will take the lead for&nbsp; negotiations to restart on the early conclusion of India-EU free trade agreement with balanced outcomes.<br />”<br />”<br />”Later, Vice President also addressed the India-Romania Business forum.
