American Andy Roddick defeated the Czech Republic's Tomas Berdych 7-5, 6-4 to win the Miami Open Tennis Tournament. The victory was the 29th in Roddick's career and his second at Key Biscayne following his win in 2004 and it came after two fiercely contested sets.
