Rockets fired by suspected Taliban militants kill 3 women in Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, three women were killed and four others injured when rockets fired by suspected Taliban militants hit their homes in north-east province of Kapisa. Interior Ministry said today that nine rockets were fired at Alasaay district in Kapisa province yesterday. It said some of the rockets hit residential houses in the area and killed three women and injured four.<br/> Meanwhile, four Afghan policemen were killed when their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb in the country’s north-west. Interior Ministry said today that two other officers were injured and their vehicle destroyed in the attack in Faryab province’s Ghormach district on Monday.
