NATO says one of its service-members has been killed in a roadside bombing in southern Afghanistan. A coalition statement said the person was killed today. It provided no other details. So far, 697 NATO service-members have been killed in 2010, according to an Associated Press count. That makes this the deadliest of the nearly 10-year war.
