In Afghanistan, at least ten civilians, including women and children, have been killed as a roadside bomb struck a mini-bus in western Herat province on Thursday. The tragic incident took place in Kushk-e-Kohna district at 11: 00 a.m. local time. Few more travellers sustained injuries. Their exact number is not yet known. The investigation is underway. A spokesman for provincial administration accused the enemies of peace, a term used against Taliban militants for planting the mine on the road, of being responsible for the attack, but the outfit has yet to make comment.
