In Himachal Pradesh, over 100 tourists, mostly from West Bengal, are stranded in tribal district of Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti after roads were closed due to heavy snowfall. All of the tourists are fine but there is an acute shortage of food and necessary items. Shimla received seasons first snow fall on Thursday night. The tourists were thrilled after they saw the whole town covered in white blanket this morning.
