Accidents and deaths due to road mishaps in the capital have come down in the first quarter of 2012. The Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic , Mr Satyendra Garg said that the number of accidents have come down from 430 last year to 347 this year during the period from 1st of January to 15th of March this year. Mr. Garg said deaths on roads come down to 359 in 2012 as compared to 442 last year up to 15th of March.
