In Jammu and Kashmir, 5 persons were killed while 31 others injured in a road accident on Jammu – Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district this morning.

The accident occurred when a passenger bus on its way from Jammu to Srinagar rolled down into a 300 feet deep gorge at Nashari near Batote.

Four persons were killed on the spot while other scummbed to injures on way to hospital.
