In Madhya Pradesh, nine persons were killed and two seriously injured when a truck collided head-on with a jeep near Silpara village in Rewa district this morning. Police said, the collision took place at around 7.30 AM when the jeep was returning from Sidhi to Rewa after dropping daily newspapers. They said drivers of both the vehicles apparently could not see properly as there was low visibility due to heavy rains.
