In Nepal, nine persons were killed and six others injured in a road accident in a remote village in Nawalparasi district this morning.According to police sources, the accident occurred when a passenger jeep going from Bulingtar to Daldale veered off the road and fell about 200 feet in a gorge at Arkhale village. Local people rushed the injured to a nearby primary health centre. The cause of the accident is not immediately known.
