Southern Railway will introduce mass transportation facility for agricultural products from Kerala to different parts of the country. Agricultural produces of Kerala will be collected in Kochi and transported to other states through railway network.It will help the producers and consumers at the same time. The facility will be initially introduced for Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai said Rajesh Agrawal, Divisional Railway Manager, Thiruvananthapuram . The project will be implemented from next month onwards with the help of state agriculture department, he added.
