The West Bengal Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee has said that teachers in Ramakrishna Mission Institution will not be appointed through the School Service Commission but by themselves.The Chief Minister was speaking at the 6th convocation of the Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University at Howrah. She said that this unique institution has a special placed and this pride of place will be maintained by the state Government.She handed over a 1 crore rupee cheque to the secretary of the Math and Mission Swami Suhritananda. Ms Mamata Banerjee urged the Ramakrishna Mission to see to it that women and minorities of our society should be helped to get their rightful place.
