RJD-LJP combine leading in Bihar Assembly by-polls

In Bihar, Rashtriya Janata Dal, RJD and Lok Janashakti Party, LJP have bagged one seat each out of the two assembly results declared so far. AIR Patna correspondent reports that in the remaining 16 seats, RJD-LJP combine is leading in Nine, NDA on Six and Congress in one seat.The Assembly bye-poll held in two phases, witnessed triangular contest. The counting of votes of two by elections Okhla and Dwarka assembly constituency of Delhi have started and the results will be available later in the afternoon. Additional police force has been deployed at the counting centres to ensure foolproof security arrangements. These two seats fell vacant after two Congress MLAs elected for Parliament.
