RJD Chief Lalu Prasad has said that his party will boycott the GST function of the Parliament. Speaking to media in Ranchi on Thursday, he alleged that the function is like some earlier programme of NDA government which has no merit.<br/><br/>Earlier on Thursday, Lalu Prasad appeared before the CBI Court in Ranchi in connection with ongoing fodder scam case. He presented his defense witness in the court.
