<br/>The Supreme Court has announced the creation of a second special Green Bench to deal with matters relating to environment and forest. The move comes in view of the manifold increase in number of such cases.<br/><br/>Chief Justice S H Kapadia said the forest Bench would be divided into two parts. He said the new Bench will be headed by Justice B Sudershan Reddy—who will sit on Monday and hear matters relating to implementation of directives passed by the Bench headed by the Chief Justice, which will look after the matters in which norms are to be laid down.
