BJP has attributed the spike in the price of pulses to the bad policies of the previous UPA regime and deficient monsoon.<br/><br/>Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party leader Prakash Javadekar rejected Congress criticism on price rise saying the opposition party has no right to talk about it.<br/><br/>He said the NDA government has taken short and long term measures to control the price rise and the result will be seen soon.<br/><br/>The Minister also tried to corner the Congress over recent court directions in Gujarat riots, 2G case and coffin scam during the Kargil war.<br/><br/>He said in all these cases the Congress' attempts to defame BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been exposed.<br/><br/>Mr. Javadekar said the opposition party should apologize to the nation for false accusation against the then Chief Minister, Mr. Modi in Gujarat violence case.<br/><br/>Two days back, the Supreme Court had rejected sacked IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt's plea to investigate BJP President Amit Shah's role in encounter killings.<br/><br/>In an another case, the Apex Court had dismissed a bunch of pleas seeking probe into the alleged multi-crore coffin scam during 1999 Kargil war, when NDA was in power.<br/><br/>Today, a CBI court let off a former top bureaucrat and three telecom firms in the 2G scam during previous NDA rule saying the CBI had filed a false and fabricated chargesheet against the accused.
