Snapping a four-day losing streak, gold rose 170 rupees, to 31,750 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market, today, on fresh buying to meet the coming festival and marriage season demand. But silver declined 500 rupees, to 60,500 rupees per kilo, on reduced offtake by industrial units and coin-makers.
