Rise above political considerations, extend constructive support to govt : I&B Min to Opp

The government today said disruption of the House on a daily basis just to score some brownie points is not in the interest of the country or the people. Speaking to the media outside the Parliament, Minister of Information and Broadcasting Manish Tewari said the
allegations raised by the Opposition in the House should be verified in their entirety.Replying to a question on obstruction of proceedings in Parliament by supporting parties of the UPA, Mr Tewari reiterated government's commitment to push through economic reforms. He urged them to rise above narrow political considerations and extend their constructive support to the government.
