<br/>A Chinese court has found four executives of Rio Tinto guilty of bribery and secrets theft and has handed over lengthy jail terms to all of them. Australian Rio Tinto executive Stern Hu has been sentenced to 10 years in jail by a Shanghai court after being found guilty of accepting bribes and stealing trade secrets. He was on trial last week along with three Chinese colleagues. Mr Hu was Rio Tinto's lead negotiator in talks with Chinese steel mills to try to settle a price for China to buy iron ore from Australian mining companies. During the trial, the defendants admitted taking bribes, but disputed the amounts of money involved. The trial has heightened concerns among foreign businesses in China.
