On Monday, Ravinder Khatri in lost his Round-of-16 match against Hungary's Victor Lorinczi in the 85 kg weight class.Meanwhile, on the 10th day of Olympic games, few World and Games record tumbled.In women's hammer throw event, Poland's Anita Wlodarczyk, with a distance of 82.29 meters, established a new World and Olympics record to grab the Gold. Thiago Braz Di Silva in front of his home crowd pipped current pole vault record holder Renaud Lavillenie of France to get the Gold. In a tight contest of heights, Thiago in his last attempt created an Olympic record by clearing 6.03 meters, a height the Frenchman could not match. Current World record is held by Renaud only at 6.16 meters.In Women's 400 meters, Shaunae Miller of Bahamas won the event in dramatic style as she finished diving across the line, preventing American Allyson Felix from winning a fifth Olympic gold medal. Miller clocked 49.44 seconds, to narrowly hold off Felix who made a late surge in the final straight, finishing strongly with a time of 49.51.Reigning Olympic Champion in 800 meters David Rudhisa maintained his dominance in the middle distance as he grabbed the Gold in the event. The Kenyan runner defended his London medal with a time of 1 minute 42.15 seconds.
