In Haryana, tributes were paid to former Prime Minister Late Gulzari Lal Nanda on his 113th birth anniversary today. The Vice Chancellor of Kurukshetra University Lt. General Dr DDS Sandhu and Deputy Commissioner Mr C G Rajnikanthan paid floral tributes at his memorial.
