Chairman of the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has said the pilot project for revision of petrol and diesel prices on daily basis in five cities has got the good response. <br/><br/>Talking to media persons at Ahmedabad, IOC Chairman Mr. B. Ashok has said that daily revision of prices has stabilized the impact of fluctuation of prices in petroleum products considerably for dealers as well as consumers. <br/><br/>He said that prices of petroleum products are most fluctuating due to international oil market, but daily revision of prices can stabilize its negative impact on dealers and consumers. He also mentioned that due to demonetization, the cashless transactions are now 18 to 20% of the total transactions. <br/><br/>Mr. B. Ashok was in Ahmedabad to launch company's first XtraPower Sarai in Gujarat at Moraiya. The XtraPower Sarai provides various facilities to the truck who are the members of the loyalty programme in the form of XtraPower fleet card. <br/><br/><br/>The facilities provided include parking space, dormitory facility for taking rest, lockers, playground equipments, entertainment facility such as TV, Bathing facilities, washing machines at free of cost. <br/><br/><br/>In addition there are other facilities such as Dhaba and saloon and the round the clock CCTV provided at the outlet ensures total security to the vehicles. This is the first such Sarai of Indian Oil in Gujarat and 8 more are planned in the near future.<br/>
