Karnataka's plea for reconsideration of the September 28 order for release of 9,000 cusecs of water for Tamil Nadu comes up for hearing in the Supreme Court today. Karnataka Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar told reporters during his visits to Hubli-Dharwad and Belgaum in north on Sunday that he is optimistic of a good verdict for Karnataka.
