Revenue Secretary Hasmukh Adhia has expressed concern over the low conviction rate by the Enforcement Directorate. Addressing Enforcement Day, ED, function in New Delhi this morning, Mr Adhia said, there are number of cases pending before the Enforcement agency. The Revenue Secretary said, there should be no delay in closing the cases and the ED needs to ensure that cases be addressed in a time bound manner.
