Reunion of separated Korean families concludes

The first stage of reunion of separated families and relatives from North Korea and South Korea concluded at Mt. Kumgang resort today. People from the north side had a pleasant time with their separated families and relatives from the south before bidding farewell to them. The families and relatives from the north and the south promised each other to make positive efforts to bring the earlier day when they will be able to live happily in the reunified land.The week-long reunion are divided into two stages. In the first three days, a total of 97 seniors from North Korea have reunited with their 435 relatives in South Korea, while in the second stage from Wednesday to Friday, 96 South Korean elders will meet with their 207 relatives living in North Korea.
