In Uttar Pradesh the state government appointed Justice retired R.D Nimesh to probe the all incidents including violence during the agitation by farmers in Aligarh on 14th of this month demanding more compensation for land acquired for Yamuna Expressway and township projects.Quoting official sources our Lucknow correspondent reports that Commission has been asked to submit its report in six months. On August 15, the government had announced a judicial probe into the incidents during farmers' agitation which left four persons dead.
