Urban Development Ministry today announced the results of a cleanliness assessment and rating exercise for government buildings and offices in New Delhi. Rashtrapati Bhavan, UPSC building, Hyderabad House, Jawahar Lal Nehru Bhavan and Vigyan Bhavan have been found as the cleanest among all government buildings in the city. <br/><br/>The cleanliness survey was carried out under the ambit of the Swachh Bharat Mission by CPWD between 16th and 21st March 2016, following the fortnightly thematic cleanliness drive in government buildings. It was based on distinct parameters of sanitation infrastructure in the office, overall cleanliness and the mechanism employed for proper disposal of solid waste.<br/><br/>
