<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu & Kashmir, restrictions remain eased in a majority of areas. The Administration has been relaxing restrictions gradually following improvement in situation. Officials said that restrictions under Section 144 have been lifted in 92 police stations out of 105 across the Kashmir Valley. No untoward incident has been reported from any part of the Kashmir Valley so far. Eyewitnesses said that increased movement of people and private transport was seen in Srinagar and on link roads to districts in the Valley.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Administration is considering restoring mobile phone services in more areas soon. The government had restored landline communication in the Valley last week.</span><br />
