Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan informed that as the&nbsp;COVID&nbsp;cases are rising, the&nbsp; medical facilities in both public and private hospitals across the state, are being increased&nbsp; on war footing. Mr. Vijayan said that as the situation is worsening, extreme and complete abidence to&nbsp;COVID&nbsp;guidelines&nbsp; must be taken as everyone's individual responsibility, to prevent the situation from becoming uncontrollable.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile Kerala&nbsp; confirms&nbsp; 26,685 new&nbsp;COVID&nbsp;cases today.The test positivity rate&nbsp; is at&nbsp; 20.35&nbsp; per cent. 7067 recoveries were also reported today.Twenty five more&nbsp; death was&nbsp; confirmed due to Covid , taking the death toll to 5080 .There are presently&nbsp; 1,98,576 active&nbsp;COVID&nbsp;cases in Kerala.&nbsp;</span><br />
