<span style="color: #222222;">In Kerala as COVID cases continue to surge, restriction similar to lockdown is being imposed today and tomorrow in the State. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent, only essential services are being permitted on these days. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan informed that as the COVID cases are rising, the  medical facilities in both public and private hospitals across the state, are being increased  on war footing. Mr. Vijayan said that as the situation is worsening, extreme and complete abidence to COVID guidelines  must be taken as everyone's individual responsibility, to prevent the situation from becoming uncontrollable.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile Kerala  confirms  26,685 new COVID cases today.The test positivity rate  is at  20.35  per cent. 7067 recoveries were also reported today.Twenty five more  death was  confirmed due to Covid , taking the death toll to 5080 .There are presently  1,98,576 active COVID cases in Kerala. </span><br />
